Abstract: The study established a set of entrepreneurship education evaluation model based on the theory of planned behavior. And conducted an empirical analysis on the impact of college entrepreneurship education on students' entrepreneurial intention. The study found that entrepreneurial-related subjective norms, behavioral attitudes, perceived behavioral norms and entrepreneurial intentions have a significant positive correlation, and the relationship between perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial intentions is the most closely. The research continues to use this model to try to test the effect of entrepreneurship education in a university, and finds that the entrepreneurship education program cannot positively improve students' willingness to start a business. The author puts forward suggestions based on the research results, and believes that strengthening the entrepreneurial atmosphere, improving entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and paying attention to the systematic connection between the lower and upper years of entrepreneurship education are conducive to improving the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education.
