Reform and Innovation of Classroom Teaching Based on Results Oriented——Take Comprehensive Financial Training as an Example

Abstract: Comprehensive Financial Training is a professional elective course for accounting students in undergraduate colleges and universities. It is an accounting experimental course. Through the comprehensive practical training of the economic business of a simulated company in an accounting period, the course realizes the comprehensive application of the theoretical knowledge of financial accounting courses, cultivates students' accounting skills, pays attention to students' quality education, and provides skilled financial professionals for social and economic construction. Based on the practical teaching of Comprehensive Financial Training and guided by the achievement oriented education concept, this paper discusses the reform of teaching mode and course evaluation system of Comprehensive Financial Training, so as to improve the students' achievement of course learning and achieve the goal of cultivating application-oriented talents in accounting.
