Management Curriculum Design for Graduate Students Based on SECI Model

Abstract: :In order to cultivate high quality graduate management talents, it is necessary for colleges to optimize the design of management courses for graduate students. Based on the analysis that the application of SECI model in the design of management courses for graduate students is not only conducive to cultivating the graduate students' management theoretical innovation ability, but also conducive to improving the teachers' ability to develop graduate students, this paper uses SECI model to analyze the teaching status and main problems in the four stages of knowledge transformation in management courses for graduate students, and then puts forward relevant suggestions on the design of management courses.
