Exploring Innovative Talent Training Mode Based on the Whole-Process Tutorial System for Undergraduates

Abstract: The whole-process tutorial system for undergraduates is an important way to promote the work of "three complete education" and deepen the reform of talent training mode. Adhering to the educational concept of "seeking innovation and emphasizing practice", the School of Mechanics and Engineering Sciences of Shanghai University has implemented the whole-process tutorial system for undergraduates, clarified the training objectives, established the implementation paths and deepened the educational reform, with a view to cultivating high-quality innovative talents, comprehensively improving the quality of talent training, and making the whole-process tutorial system for undergraduates as a strategic project to promote the reform of innovative talent training mode in the construction of the first-class undergraduate majors.
