Research on Learning Behavior Optimization of VBSE Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Management Decision-Making Course in Virtual Simulation Teaching Environment

Abstract: V innovation & entrepreneurship and management decision-making course in the virtual simulation teaching environment, is open to all majors in our college. Each batch is combined by different majors and different classes. Therefore, there are great differences in knowledge structure and learning behavior among students in combination classes. This paper identifies and defines the students'learning behavior of V innovation & entrepreneurship and management decision-making course in virtual simulation teaching environment, and discusses the team learning behavior and individual learning behavior. Four batches covering all major categories of our university in recent years were selected as the research objects for data collection and learning effectiveness analysis. Then, this paper proposes feasible strategies to optimize the learning behavior, including the following five aspects: First, grasp the learning situation pre-test and pay attention to the differences of majors; Second, stimulate students'learning motivation and integrate ideological & political elements; Third, strengthen the emotional interaction and enrich curriculum activities; Fourth, enhance students'self-regulation and strengthen team management & control; Fifth, emphasis on evaluation feedback and provide learning support.
