Abstract: Objective Exploring the application effect of 3D printing technology in the teaching of neuroendoscopic treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 38 neurosurgery students in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted traditional teaching method, and the experimental group adopted 3D printing teaching method, after the teaching, the teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire and assessment. Results The examination results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05), the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05), the students'interest and theoretical practice closeness of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of 3D printing technology in neuroendoscopic treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage internship teaching has achieved good teaching results and can better serve medical education.
