Practice and Exploration of Double Mentorship Based on Collaborative Innovation in Joint Postgraduate Training Base

Abstract: The practical ability of the Master of Education is an important indicator to test the quality of training. The professional degree graduate practice base is a collaborative innovation model of industry, academia, and research cooperation, integrating education, scientific research, and production. It can provide a real professional environment for the practical activities of the Master of Education, and is a favorable platform for practicing the dual mentor system. The dual mentor system fully reflects the academic advantages of universities and the practical advantages of bases in the cultivation of professional degree graduate students. However, while the practice of the dual mentor system in the joint training base for education master's students has achieved fruitful results, there are still some problems. To address these problems, corresponding solutions are proposed in order to further improve the quality of education master's student training.
