Research on the Cultivation Path of New Business Talents in Local Undergraduate Colleges in the Era of Digital Economy

Abstract: The digital economy not only promotes the rapid development of the social economy and new changes in economic forms, but also puts forward new priorities and directions for higher education reform. In the new era, business education should actively adapt to the new requirements of the development of the digital economy for business talents, strengthen deep integration with the new generation of information technology, and focus on cultivating business students'cross-border innovative thinking abilities. The main problems in cultivating new business talents in local undergraduate colleges and universities currently lie in the inadequate curriculum system, ineffective teaching methods, and insufficient high-quality resources. Based on this, it is necessary to revise the professional talent training plan guided by social needs and student career planning; Gathering high-quality resources in universities through the integration of industry and education; Strengthen teaching innovation and create a“curriculum+”education model that integrates learning research application. Explore the construction of a new business talent training path that not only highlights the school's positioning and characteristics, but also meets the new requirements of digital economy development in the new era.
