Exploration on the Improvement and Dynamic Evaluation of Engineering Innovation Ability of Graduate Teachers in Planning and Design

Abstract: Improving engineering innovation ability is of great significance to the development of graduate teachers in planning and design. Based on the analysis of the importance and practical difficulties of the engineering innovation ability of graduate teachers, this paper proposes ways to improve the engineering innovation ability of graduate teachers in planning and design. Taking engineering teaching innovation culture, engineering innovation scientific research ability, engineering innovation teaching ability and engineering innovation teaching method as evaluation indicators, the dynamic evaluation index system of engineering innovation ability of graduate teachers of planning and design is constructed. It aims to provide reference for the personal development of graduate teachers of planning and design through scientific promotion and dynamic evaluation system, and provide reference for decision-making institutions.
