Abstract: Against the backdrop of vigorously implementing the strategy of becoming a maritime power and the rapid development of the marine economy, China's demand for marine science talents is constantly increasing. One of the important indicators for evaluating the marine economic strength is whether there are first-class marine scientific talents. Especially with the increasingly high-end and intelligent development of the marine industry in coastal provinces, the relationship between the development of marine industry and the cultivation of marine science talents has become increasingly close.
