Research on the Practice of Innovative Talent Training Mode Based on Discipline Competition

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students is an important way to deepen the teaching reform of higher education and cultivate students'innovative spirit and practical ability, which has been highly valued by universities and society. Discipline competition is an important way for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents. Relying on the Koch Evaluation Model and adopting a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, this paper analyzes and studies the mechanism and effect of the innovative talent training mode based on discipline competition. The research shows that this talent training mode can improve students'innovation ability, team cooperation ability, instructor's participation in competition and competition training effect. The results of the study can be used for reference for colleges and universities to develop competitive education.
