The Construction on the Evaluation Model of Normal School Students’ Employability Using APH

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to explore the first and second level indicators of the evaluation model for the employability of normal school students, as well as the weights of each dimension. Based on the Professional Ability Standards for Teachers of Middle School Education Majors, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and interview methods are used to construct four dimensions as the first level indicators: teacher's ethics practice ability (0.4029), teaching practice ability (0.2617), comprehensive education ability (0.1825), and comprehensive quality ability (0.1529), and an evaluation model for the employability of normal university students with 13 secondary indicators, and relevant suggestions for improving the employability of normal university students based on the weight of the model.
