Abstract: ：Innovation driven development strategy and new engineering construction, which put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive innovation ability and social service ability of graduate students in local industry colleges and universities. The problems existing in the traditional graduate training system was analyzed in this paper, combining with the graduate training practice in the discipline of chemical engineering and technology of Qiqihar University, based on the training concept of “student-centered” , emphasis will be placed on teaching reform in terms of curriculum system, project traction, integration of science and education, and collaboration between industry and academia, achieved research feedback and teaching, as well as mutual benefit between research and teaching, the postgraduate training mode of integration of science and education, collaboration of production and learning for local industrial colleges and universities has been explored and formed for providing reference for collaborative innovation training of postgraduate students in the context of new engineering.
