Abstract: With the development of the times, there are new opportunities and challenges in the management of college student pioneer park in the new era. Park management mainly includes students'daily affairs management, students'education management, students'entrepreneurial psychology education and so on. In the new period, students in pioneer parks are prone to problems such as relatively backward entrepreneurial ideas, low technological content of entrepreneurial projects, significantly weakened entrepreneurial psychological will and lack of motivation for entrepreneurial education and training. In view of the above problems, the following measures should be taken in the student management of pioneer parks in the new era: making use of the university platform, give full play to the advantages of disciplines, and fully integrate resources; Optimizing the team structure, strengthen professional training, establish modern management concept; Promoting entrepreneurship education, strengthen entrepreneurship practice, and focus on entrepreneurship and innovation; Strengthening the macro design, the incubation function, and improve the innovation of the project; Conducting campus selection, off-campus evaluation, improve the team of entrepreneurial mentors.
