The Reform of Teaching Mode for Cultivating Innovative Talents in Mechanical Majors

Abstract: Under the background of building firstclass undergraduate majors, this article aims to cultivate innovative talents in the field of mechanical engineering, and explores the reform of the teaching mode for cultivating innovative talents in mechanical engineering. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation of innovative talent cultivation in local universities, the existing talent cultivation mode is reconstructed, and reforms are carried out from the aspects of educational concepts, teaching content, teaching methods, etc., to provide strong support for cultivating mechanical innovative talents with innovative thinking and awareness, as well as innovative practical abilities.
