Analysis of the Connotative Factors of College Students' Employment Ability——Take China University of Mining and Technology as an Example

Abstract: With the continuous popularization of higher education, the number of students and graduates admitted by universities in China has shown an upward trend, increased employment pressure on college graduates. Therefore, the employability of college students is very important for their successful employment, career choice, and future development. Based on grounded theory, this article constructs a model of the connotation factors of college students' employability, clarifying the connotation factors of employability, in order to help improve college students' employability and employment quality, and promote social and economic development.
