Promoting New Financial and Economic Talents with the Teacher-Student Growth Together Community

Abstract: :The new economy, new technology, and new business model are reshaping the connotation and extension of the financial and economic fields. The demand for financial and economic talents in society has changed, and higher knowledge and ability requirements have been put forward for university teachers. Hebei Finance University has determined a new financial and economic talent cultivation strategy of“ideological and political education + professional education + scientific and technological education”, and implemented the educational concept of“taking the development of teachers and students as the center, and building teacher-student growth together community”. The economics major has explored and practiced the teacher-student growth together community from five aspects as followed,“curriculum innovation, teacher-student research, teacher-student learning, integration of production and education, and smart classroom”, in order to further promote the cultivation of new financial and economic talents.
