Abstract

Abstract: It is always the core work of local universities to cultivate high-quality applied specialized talents required for social development and ensure the quality of talent cultivation. In the context of the popularization of higher education, this article explores the measures for constructing the teaching quality evaluation system for the cultivation of applied talents in local universities from the perspectives of the sighifican of culture quality assurance for applied talents in local universities, the construction of teaching quality evaluation system, and the social demand for practicing the popularization of higher education. This can provide reference and reference for the cultivation of applied talents in local universities.
