Research on the Practical Teaching Mode of “Double Subjects and Multiple Positions” Based on Alternating Engineering

Abstract: At present, there are some problems in school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, such as the difficulty in matching with suitable enterprises to carry out in-depth school-enterprise cooperation, the difficulty in integrating school-enterprise sides in talent training mode, and the difficulty in meeting the requirements of enterprises in the training room environment. Therefore, by analyzing the current situation and problems of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper proposes the implementation suggestions of“double subjects and multiple positions”practical teaching mode based on working and learning alternation, in order to optimize the education mechanism of higher vocational institutions in school-enterprise cooperation.
