Research on the Training Mode of Composite Applied Talents in Aviation Maintenance Specialty

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's aviation industry, the aviation maintenance market is increasing year by year, which puts forward new requirements for the training of aviation maintenance professionals. This article first establishes a dynamic capture system for the social needs of aviation maintenance, which understands the talent needs of the aviation maintenance industry through regular communication with graduates and aviation maintenance related units. Based on this, it establishes training objectives for aviation maintenance majors. After that, it comprehensively improves the quality of talent cultivation through optimizing the professional curriculum system, using virtual reality technology and virtual simulation experiments, strengthening professional English learning, and establishing internship and training bases, to meet the needs of talent cultivation and industry, so as to provide talent support for the development of China's aviation industry.
