Abstract: As the representative of the emerging engineering education, the intelligent construction specialty has some problems, such as short time for specialty construction, imperfect curriculum system construction, etc. Relying on the collaborative development background of the smart construction industry college and the intelligent construction specialty, this paper starts with the analysis of the current situation of the training of intelligent construction talents, and analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the process of talent training and development. Starting from the employment needs of enterprises and public institutions, this paper analyzes the training path of high-quality interdisciplinary talents, explores the talent training mode oriented to new engineering disciplines and multidisciplinary integration, and analyzes the employment situation of intelligent construction specialty based on the orientation of training objectives, the reconstruction of curriculum system, interdisciplinary integration, the improvement of practical teaching platform construction, the development and construction of teachers, and the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises. The research in this paper will provide reference for the training mode of compound talents and the construction of curriculum system of new engineering majors.
