Exploring the Integration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education with the Teaching of Occupational Hazards and Prevention Course

Abstract: In the context of innovation and entrepreneurship education, higher education should focus on developing students' innovative thinking and autonomous learning abilities, as well as their strong professional backgrounds, professional skills, and innovation capacity. This is especially important in the context of innovation and entrepreneurship education. This article illustrates the integration of innovation and entrepreneurial education with traditional teaching qualities in the safety engineering degree course, occupational hazards and prevention. The traditional teaching format is improved to create an innovative and entrepreneurial teaching mode with "theory, experiment, practice, and innovation" as a whole, with innovation and entrepreneurship cultivation as the goal, in order to cultivate students' innovation and entrepreneurial ability in the field of occupational hazards and prevention.
