The Influence of Teaching Knowledge of Mathematics Teachers in Applied Colleges and Universities on Teaching and Improving Strategies

Abstract: In order to solve the structural contradictions in the process of higher education development, our country has begun to promote the transformation of local colleges and universities to applied colleges and universities since 2013. Mathematics is one of the important basic subjects in higher education. It has the characteristics of long opening time and wide coverage, and its influence is far more than other subjects. Under the background of the transformation and development of colleges and universities, the teaching of mathematics curriculum is facing the urgent need of reform and innovation. Based on the perspective of teacher professional development, this paper discusses the influence of mathematics teachers' teaching knowledge in colleges and universities, and puts forward the targeted improvement strategies, in order to provide some theoretical reference for the transformation and development of colleges and universities.
