Abstract: With the development of the integration of information technology and advanced manufacturing technology, the "cross-border integration capability" has become an indispensable element in the core tasks of advanced manufacturing tasks and positions, and is an inevitable trend in the training of manufacturing professionals in vocational colleges. Aiming at the problems in the current training of manufacturing professionals in higher vocational colleges, barriers to cultivation positioning and core industry demand, dislocation of the curriculum system and integration ability, and deviations in the implementation carrier and teaching method innovation requirements, a manufacturing major was constructed. The“four-chain and three-tier”model for talent training starts from four elements: competence chain, course chain, project chain and resource chain. The system has designed and implemented three training stages for each element. The training path of cross-border integration of manufacturing majors in higher vocational education has improved the quality of talent training and the degree of fit between professional talent training and industrial needs.
