Abstract: Based on the theory of transfer of training, this paper constructs the index system which affects the effectiveness of new teachers' training, and applies the method of stepwise regression to classify the interaction between the indexes and the overall impact on the training effectiveness. With the help of the coefficient of regression improved analytic hierarchy process, get the index weight, analyze the main factors that affect the effectiveness of training. According to the empirical results, the transfer of training atmosphere is the main factor affecting the effectiveness of training, the importance attached by the school to teacher training, the training achievement transformation platform, the pragmatic and efficient training organization, the standardized and perfect achievement transformation mechanism play a vital role in the training effectiveness.
