Abstract

Abstract: It is the strategic requirement of national development for application-oriented universities to construct modern industrial college and explore the new mode of training applied talents. Through research and construction of school-enterprise "Internal and external coordination" talent training mode, so as to promote the transformation and development of major and explore the educational philosophy, thought and path of modern industrial college. Construct major cluster with high quantity, construct enterprise cluster with high specification, construct the talent training mode of modern industrial college with high efficiency, combine universities and off-campus enterprises talent training mode to improve the quality of talent training and social service ability of application-oriented universities.
