Competency-Oriented, Course-Oriented, School-Enterprise Collaboration——Research and Practice on the Training Mode of Applied Innovative Talents in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation

Abstract

Abstract: To meet the needs of economic and developmen, the country has clearly put forward the requirements for cultivating application-oriented practical and innovative talents. This paper analyzes the problems of talents cultivation in the specialty of mechanical design, manufacturing and automation in local application-oriented universities. Starting from the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents, by optimizing the talent training program, strengthening the innovative education and teaching process, strengthening the school-enterprise cooperation and the construction of the faculty, gradually formed a capability-oriented, textbook-based, school-enterprise collaboration of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation professional talent training system, which opened up new ideas and new paths for the cultivation of undergraduate application-oriented innovative talents.
