Engineering Master's Innovation and Practical Abilities Mutually Promotion Mechanism Construction

Abstract

Abstract: In the current trend of continuous expansion of the graduate students, in order to solve the detachment of talent training and enterprise demand, and weaknesses of graduate engineering practical ability, the material engineering master's innovation and practical abilities mutually promotion mechanism has been studied. We expanded the engineering master's innovation practice base, deepen the implementation of the double tutorial system, strengthened the practice of engineering master, and improved the training quality assessment system of engineering masters. The students were involved in the development of new product and improvement of process technology, and solved complex project problems. They were brave in the innovation and practices, and their innovation and practical abilities were mutually promoted.
