Abstract: The course "Mine Dust Prevention theory and Occupational Health" is of great importance to safety engineering students to do a good job in dust prevention and control and occupational disease prevention, and the traditional teaching mode is teacher-centered, resulting in students' innovation, weak hands-on ability, and boring courses. This paper proposes a teaching model based on the "integration of science, engineering and medicine", For "Mine Dust Prevention Theory and Occupational Health", a teaching method integrating science and engineering medical teaching with dust and medical experiments is designed in the teaching classroom, and at the same time, the curriculum assessment mode is refined, the superior resources of various disciplines of science and engineering are integrated, a reasonable teaching team is formed, and a strong curriculum guarantee measure is formulated, with inspiration, practice and innovative ability teaching as a breakthrough, stimulating students' learning interest and achieving the goal of applying what they have learned.
