Abstract: With the continuous promotion of higher education reform, innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important content of higher education and an inevitable requirement for the development of quality education. Promoting the construction and implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education system can significantly improve college students' innovation and entrepreneurship practice ability, and then lay the foundation for their subsequent employment and entrepreneurship. This paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and contents of entrepreneurship education, focuses on the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education system in local colleges and universities, makes an in-depth analysis from the target system, process system, guarantee system and evaluation system, and puts forward the strategies for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education system in local colleges and universities.
