Research on the Construction of Teaching Resources in Colleges and Universities based on the Cooperative Education Project University-Research Cooperative Education

Abstract: Sufficient and high-quality teaching resources are a necessary condition for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents. In order to improve the quality of applied talent training, all colleges and universities are committed to the quality of teaching resources. Due to problems such as government investment and shortage of college funds, there are problems in the construction of educational resources. There is a mismatch between training needs and construction speed. This article proposes a university teaching resource construction plan based on the industry-university cooperative education project. The plan is a new field of school-enterprise cooperation in resource construction. A sharing mechanism for enterprises in resource construction provides a theoretical basis for school-enterprise cooperation in a deeper level. This program can effectively solve the problem of shortage of funds for resource construction in universities and improve the quality of talent training. At the same time, enterprises can obtain high-quality technical and technical talents that meet the needs of their enterprises. The program can promote rapid social and economic development.
