Abstract: The training of double-creative talents plays an important role in promoting the quality of social and economic development. College students are high-quality talents who master professional knowledge, an important object for the development of double innovation talents, but also the main force in the field of mass entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship. Colleges and universities actively build a perfect innovation and entrepreneurship education system, which is of great value to the training of high-quality innovation and entrepreneurial talents. This paper first expounds the important value of innovation and entrepreneurship education system construction, then analyzes the problems existing in the construction process of innovation and entrepreneurship education system for college students, and finally proposes the strategy of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education system construction.
