Research on the Construction of "Double-Qualified" Teachers of Acupuncture and Massage Specialty in TCM Colleges and Universities under the Background of "New Medical Science"

Abstract: The training of acupuncture and massage talents in TCM colleges and universities is a long-term systematic project. This paper discusses the necessity and specific construction methods and measures of "double-qualified" teachers of acupuncture and massage specialty in TCM colleges and universities under the background of "new medical" construction. From the cultivation of "double type" teachers multi-disciplinary overlapping comprehensive teaching ability, strengthen the "double qualified" teachers precise teaching ability, promote the "double qualified" teachers intelligent innovation teaching ability, promote the transformation of "double qualified" teachers teaching ability and the education teaching ability and so on aspects, so as to acupuncture and massage professional teachers' teaching level, the enhancement of students' learning effect and the development of discipline and specialty provide more new ideas, new methods and new paths.
