Participatory Teaching with the Combination of Deficiency and Reality: An Exploration of the Teaching Mode of Social Work Practice Course

Abstract: The rapid development of social work has formed a certain scale and has been widely recognized. However, at the same time, society has put forward higher requirements for the professional level of social work services and social work education. Only by driving together the theoretical level and practical ability can we highlight the value of social work. Therefore, as college teachers, we need to constantly explore the teaching mode of social work practice course, so that students can get more comprehensive practical training in limited class hours. This paper is a reform and exploration of the teaching method of the practical course of social work. It is found that the participatory teaching method of the combination of virtual and real is effective in mobilizing the enthusiasm of students' participation and achieving results.
