The Project Teaching Design of Food Toxicology Based on OBE Idea

Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the teaching of food toxicology, the curriculum reform based on the OBE concept was carried out. The teaching content was optimized, and the ideological and political elements were integrated. Online and offline mixed teaching practice was carried out, and the diversified evaluation system was adopted. The practice of curriculum reform shows that the reformed curriculum teaching can stimulate students' learning enthusiasm, improve students' learning autonomy, and internalize the curriculum knowledge into students' comprehensive ability and accomplishment. The good teaching effect further supports the achievement of talent cultivation goals.
