Thoughts on the Teaching of Employment Guidance Course in Colleges and Universities Based on the Cultivation of Development Consciousness

Abstract: There are some phenomena in the employment guidance teaching without the cultivation of development consciousness, such as single teaching mode, lack of design of values guidance and innovative thinking training, and less personalized guidance. The teaching points of the connotation of employment guidance course from the perspective of development consciousness cultivation include cultivating students' professional development consciousness, guiding students to form the concept of career development and adaptive employability. We can improve the teaching quality of employment guidance course by building a professional and open team of employment guidance course teachers, carrying out employment guidance with the help of network platform, introducing ideological and political education elements and innovative entrepreneurship teaching content into employment guidance course.
