Abstract: According to the talent training requirements for foreign language students and the current situations and problems of Japanese listening courses,which was issued in the National Standards of Undergraduate Professional Teaching Quality in College in 2018, the author believes that it is necessary to reform and redesign the teaching activities in Japanese listening courses from the three aspects of "knowledge, ability and accomplishment ", to innovate the teaching methods and to stimulate the class activities so as to make students realize the importance of listening courses. On the basis of the input of "knowledge", the listening courses will improve students' listening "ability", and develop students’ "accomplishment" from a deep level, which is badly needed for their lifelong development and social development.
