Research on the Reform of Talent Training Mode in High Continual Education under the Era of “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”

Abstract

Abstract: As an important part of high education, high continual education is characterized by large number of learners, wide coverage and flexible learning methods. In the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", we should closely integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education with high continual education, reshape concept of talent training in high continual education, construct the curriculum system and practice system of high continual education, reform the teaching methods and evaluation system. It is of great significance to cultivate innovative talents.
