Abstract: The modern apprenticeship system is a cooperative education system that further deepens the integration of production and education, the integration of work and learning on the basis of the existing school-enterprise alliance, and realizes "enrollment means recruiting, entering the school means entering the factory, and school-enterprise joint training". China's manufacturing 2025 has a large demand for skilled talents, especially for high-quality applied talents. In the new era, the talent training of many higher vocational colleges is very different from the past, and the modern apprenticeship has become an important talent training model. But we must also realize that there are still some problems in the specific talent training of this model. This article will analyze the corresponding issues in detail, and put forward more effective talent training suggestions based on the actual situation.
