Research and Practice on the Training Mode of Applied Innovative Talents in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics Major in Independent Colleges——Taking Nanyue College of Hengyang Normal University as an Example

Abstract: According to their own characteristics, on the basis of fully investigating the development needs of local society, economy, culture and education, we should build a training mode of applied innovative talents in mathematics major in independent colleges and universities. This paper discusses the talent training mode of applied innovative talents in mathematics and applied mathematics major in independent colleges and universities from five aspects: the talent training objectives, the construction of teachers, innovation and application ability, autonomous learning and evaluation system, it provides a practical way to reform the applied innovative talent training mode of mathematics and applied mathematics specialty in independent colleges and universities and improve the quality of talent training in independent colleges and universities.
