Abstract: Under the background of modern education, innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new educational concept. It not only plays an important role in the development of students' employability and talent training, but also promotes the development of students' comprehensive ability through this new educational method and basic model. From the existing innovation and entrepreneurship education, there are still problems in theory, practice and innovation and entrepreneurship teaching. Therefore, we can explore the reasonable path of educational development in combination with the main forms, main problems and innovative value of its education, so as to enhance the effect and quality of talent training in the new era.
