Abstract: The core of innovation and entrepreneurship education lies in cultivating students' innovation and entrepreneurship spirit, consciousness, thinking and ability, which is one of the key directions of deepening the reform of higher education teaching at present. Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature and the investigation of advanced universities, this paper analyzes and discusses the shortcomings of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students in China. In summary of advanced experience, based on China's national conditions, research and construction of college students with Chinese characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship education system, in order to drive the development of innovation and entrepreneurship, to build an innovative country.
