Principles and Approaches of Schools and Enterprises Jointly Building Training Base for Preschool Education Majors from Group Education Perspective

Abstract: In order to achieve satisfactory results for all parties to build training base for preschool education majors from group education perspective, we need to stick to the principles of employment orientation, ability objective, self-resource exploitation and standardization. Under the constraint and guidance of these principles, school-enterprise construction of preschool education professional training base also needs to take measures including strengthening cooperation in running schools, increasing the depth and breadth of joint talent training; in-depth integration of production and education, strengthening the construction of off-campus training bases; in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises to jointly train double-qualified teachers; strengthen the management work, improve the double-track management system and improve the evaluation system, and explore the scientific ways of innovation and timely summary.
