Exploring the Student Management Mode of Higher Vocational Institutions under Modern Apprenticeship System

Abstract: Nowadays, the number of modern apprenticeship pilot school in higher vocational college will soon exceed 500. The characteristics of modern apprenticeship, which are double- organization cultivation, double-identity learning and training in operating post, bring a new round of reform to student management. Facing with the new challenge, in view of the changes in the management concept, management system, management method and management content of apprentices, this paper puts forward ideas from the three dimensions of trans-boundary, trans-group and trans-domain and proposes the strategies of student management under modern apprenticeship to enhance the timeliness and pertinence of student management.
