Improve the Core Elements of Preschool Education Graduates and Promote the Professional Development of Preschool Teachers——Taking Baoding Preschool Teachers College as an Example

Abstract: In the 21st century, people put forward higher requirements for preschool education. How to run preschool education well? The key lies in the quality and quantity of preschool teachers, paying attention to the cultivation of core literacy is an important measure to improve the quality of preschool teachers. For the students majoring in preschool education in normal universities, their core quality is the key knowledge, character, ability and complex that can meet the needs of personal life development and social progress; Focusing on the curriculum reform centered on improving core literacy, establishing the ideological and political curriculum system of building morality and cultivating people, and actively building a platform for the development of students' practical ability are the main ways for normal schools to train qualified preschool teachers.
