Analysis of the Current Situation and Promoting Strategies of Social Practice Education in Local Agricultural Colleges and Universities

Abstract: The social practice activities of students are an important topics for colleges and universities to serve the rural revitalization. It is the only way for the youth to grow, and also an effective way for college ideological and political education and personnel training. At present, there are many problems in the development of social practice education, such as the few participants, the low degree of attention, the low degree of agreement between the contents and students specialties, and the lack of professional social practice teachers,etc. Based on the above, this paper puts forward a series of strategies to improve the cognition of social practice, to promote the popularization of practice, to enrich the practice forms, to strengthen the construction of specialization, to improve the teaching staff of social practice and to enhance the communication between teachers and students. Through the effective measures to guide the majority of teachers and students to actively participate in social practice; to enable students to be educated in the social classroom, improve ability, make contributions, and strive to become the people carrying the task of national rejuvenation of the new era.
