Abstract: Rural education is an important part of our country's education. The development and improvement of rural education is also an important part of our country's continuous efforts in education for a long time. "A century-old plan, education is the foundation, education strikes, teacher is the foundation." In order to improve the quality of rural English talent training, the continuing education of rural English teachers should be enhanced, and the professional knowledge and teaching skills of rural English teachers should be continuously improved. The government, schools, and continuing education training institutions should be three focused aspects.
