Abstract: In order to solve the problem of water safety in the poor and lack of water in the Dashi mountainous area of northwest Guangxi, Guangxi Construction Vocational and Technical College took benign water recycling, a new pattern of rural revitalization as the theme, and advantage of the professional knowledge and skills of colleges and universities in water supply and drainage, electrical engineering, etc. Conducted detection and analysis of water quality in poor water-deficient areas in northwest Guangxi, made customized water quality improvement plans, implemented water quality improvement system installation, built an ideological core, stimulated external financial support, and solved local drinking water safety issues. A new pattern of voluntary services for rural revitalization has been formed.
