The Practice Teaching and Diversified Evaluation System Construction of Food Science and Engineering Specialty Driven by Enterprise Production and Development——Take Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology as an Example

Abstract: Practice teaching is an important part of teaching tasks in colleges and universities, which occupies a pivotal position, but there are still many deficiencies in the current teaching mode. Based on the characteristics of food specialty in Guangdong Institute of Petroleum and Chemical Technology, this paper aims at the problems of lack of practice, weak innovation ability, teaching mode is too old, and less practice, short time and mere formality. It was constructed a series of reform measures in this paper, such as the combination of production and research mode, double mode practice teaching system, the establishment of school-enterprise institute innovation practice base, and the improvement of evaluation system. All these would greatly improve the quality of food science and engineering professionals, and would provide important reference for the reform of food science and engineering teaching mode.
