Abstract: Undergraduates' satisfaction with the university is a comprehensive reflection of the overall level of higher education institutions, and is an important tool for universities to evaluate their own education quality. This study conducted a questionnaire survey among undergraduates in H university, and analyzed the influencing factors of school satisfaction based on Logistic regression model. The results show that gender, grade, discipline, academic performance, family economic status and participation in activities have significant influence on school satisfaction. The major and curricular related factors in teaching service have a significant impact on school satisfaction, while the teacher-related factors have no significant impact on school satisfaction. Many factors of student management service and life service have no significant influence on school satisfaction. Combined with the results of model analysis, specific suggestions are put forward to improve undergraduates' satisfaction with the university.
